Sean Copeland
President
Sean is a third generation contractor with experience within the commercial and residential construction Industry. He grew up on construction sites and eventually attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management. While in school and post-graduation he worked on School renovation and new construction projects.
Donna Copeland
Secretary/Financial Advisor
Donna has 30 years of experience in customer service, sales and accounting. Her role at D.H. Copeland Builders is to oversee the financials and tax reporting. Donna is a firm believer of “the customer comes first” and harps on the importance of answering phones in person, giving honest answers and resolving questions and concerns in a timely manner. Donna started the business with David over 25 years ago and has strived to earn the respect of the community by providing a dependable and trustworthy construction process.
Mike Flanagan
Assistant Project Manager
Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University. Mike works in many facets of the construction process from start to finish. Mike is very detailed oriented, organized and keeps the process running smoothly. As the Assistant Project Manager Mike coordinate’s the design development, estimating, material selection and construction of the project.
